La presente Parte 4 della Norma EN 60086 tratta le pile al litio. Essa specifica le prove e le prescrizioni per le pile al litio allo scopo di assicurarne un funzionamento sicuro nelle condizioni d'uso normale e in quelle di uso improprio ragionevolmente prevedibile.
Si fa presente che le pile al litio sono normalizzate nella Parte 2 della Norma EN 60086 e che la presente Parte 4 può essere utilizzata anche nel caso di pile al litio non normalizzate. Resta inteso che, in ogni caso, la conformità o meno delle pile non normalizzate alle misure della presente Parte 4 non può essere interpretata come "conformità" alla sicurezza che ne è l'obbiettivo.
La presente Norma riporta il testo in inglese e italiano della EN 60086-4; rispetto al precedente fascicolo n. 9333E di maggio 2008, essa contiene la traduzione completa della EN sopra indicata.
La presente Norma é annullata e sostituita dalla Nuova edizione, CEI EN 60086-4:2016-05 (CEI 35-2), tuttavia rimane applicabile fino al 8-10-2017.

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices
