La presente Norma si applica agli apparecchi di comando non automatici HBES con tensione di funzionamento non superiore a 250 V in corrente alternata e corrente nominale non superiore a 16 A, destinati agli impianti elettrici fissi sia per interno sia per esterno e alle unità elettroniche periferiche associate.
Essa si applica: agli apparecchi di comando non automatici HBES per la manovra di circuiti di lampade e il comando della brillanza di lampade (interruttori elettronici) come pure per il comando della velocità di motori (per es. di ventilatori) e di altre applicazioni (per es. impianti di riscaldamento); a sensori, attuatori, prese con apparecchi di manovra, unità periferiche elettroniche associate ecc.
La modifica A1, tra l'altro, apporta aggiunte alla classificazione e rivede: i paragrafi su protezione contro la scossa elettrica, prescrizioni di costruzione; gli articoli su resistenza d'isolamento, distanze d'isolamento, requisiti EMC; gli Allegati normativi BB e CC.
La presente Norma riporta il testo in inglese e italiano della EN 50428; rispetto al precedente fascicolo n. 7875E di settembre 2005, essa contiene la traduzione completa della EN sopra indicata e, in aggiunta, la Mod. A1 CENELEC pubblicata nel gennaio 2008 come Variante 1 alla CEI 23-86 (fasc. 9190E).
La presente Norma é annullata e sostituita dalla Nuova Norma, CEI EN 60669-2-5:2017-02 (CEI 23-13), tuttavia rimane applicabile fino al 31-08-2020.

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices
