La presente Norma CEI è stata elaborata da un Gruppo di lavoro specialistico del CEI.
Essa è stata elaborata di concerto con l'Autorità per l'energia elettrica e il gas (AEEG) ed esplicita le regole tecniche di connessione alle reti di distribuzione di energia elettrica in Alta Tensione e Media Tensione su tutto il territorio nazionale: ciò a seguito della liberalizzazione del mercato interno per l'energia che oggi presenta un non trascurabile numero di Imprese in concessione per la distribuzione suddetta.
La presente Norma fornisce le prescrizioni di riferimento per la corretta connessione degli impianti degli Utenti tenendo conto delle caratteristiche funzionali, elettriche e gestionali della maggior parte delle reti italiane. Le prescrizioni tengono conto sia delle esigenze della distribuzione dell'energia elettrica e della sicurezza funzionale delle reti, sia delle esigenze degli Utenti che dovranno essere connessi a queste ultime.
Tutti i Distributori, nel formulare in dettaglio ai loro Utenti le prescrizioni di connessione, attenendosi alla presente Norma, mettono in pratica un comportamento uniforme, trasparente e non discriminatorio sul territorio nazionale.
Le prescrizioni della presente Norma sono finalizzate alla connessione alle reti di distribuzione purché gli impianti dei relativi utenti siano conformi ad essa.
La presente Norma si applica alle nuove utenze e parzialmente anche alle esistenti: le regole per queste ultime sono fissate dall'AEEG.
La presente Norma costituisce parte integrante della delibera dell'Autorità per l'Energia Elettrica e il Gas, ARG/elt 33/08 del 18-03-2008, Condizioni tecniche per la connessione alle reti di distribuzione dell'energia elettrica a tensione nominale superiore ad 1 kV, e come tale viene fornita scontando dell'80% il prezzo di copertina.

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices

You can identify the ICS code of your interest by typing the code or a keywordword in the dropdown ICS field, and by selecting one of the filtered results.

Search also in the summary/description of the standard

By flagging this control, the search for keywords will not be limited to the Standard Number and Title fields, but will also be performed in the Abstract of the standard.
