La presente Norma si applica agli apparecchi azionati da un motore elettrico previsti per la pulizia (compreso lo spargimento della cera e lucidatura), la spazzolatura, la scrostatura e la raschiatura dei pavimenti e il lavaggio dei tappeti, progettati per uso industriale e collettivo, con o senza accessori, compresi gli apparecchi che incorporano l'aspirazione dell'acqua e/o a secco.
Gli apparecchi che incorporano l'aspirazione dell'acqua e/o a secco devono essere inoltre conformi alle prescrizioni specifiche relative agli aspirapolvere per uso industriale.
Questa Norma deve essere usata congiuntamente alla CEI EN 60335-1.
Il suo campo di applicazione si estende anche agli apparecchi che trattano polveri pericolose (es. amianto) o liquidi, per cui potrebbero applicarsi prescrizioni nazionali aggiuntive.
La norma è valida anche per apparecchi che usano altre forme di energia per il motore.
La presente Norma è stata riemessa con modifiche per correggere inesattezze contenute nel fascicolo precedente.
La presente Norma riporta il testo in inglese e italiano della EN 60335-2-67; rispetto al precedente fascicolo n. 7785E di luglio 2005, essa contiene la traduzione completa della EN sopra indicata e, in aggiunta, la Mod. A1 Cenelec di marzo 2006 e relativo Corrigendum di dicembre 2006.

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices
