La presente Parte 1 si applica agli interruttori automatici in aria per il funzionamento a frequenza di rete di 50 Hz o 60 Hz aventi tensione nominale non superiore a 440 V (tra le fasi), corrente nominale non superiore a 125 A e potere di cortocircuito nominale non superiore a 25000 A. Questi interruttori, adatti al sezionamento, sono destinati alla protezione contro le sovracorrenti delle condutture elettriche degli edifici e applicazioni similari; sono destinati ad essere usati da persone non addestrate e non devono richiedere manutenzione. La presente Norma non si applica a interruttori destinati alla protezione di motori e la cui corrente nominale è regolabile mediante un dispositivo accessibile all’utilizzatore. Le prescrizioni per interruttori per funzionamento in corrente alternata e in corrente continua sono indicate nella Parte 2. Per altre particolarità si veda il campo di applicazione e scopo della norma stessa.
La presente Norma é annullata e sostituita dalla Nuova edizione, CEI EN IEC 60898-1:2019-05 (CEI 23-145), tuttavia rimane applicabile fino al 18-01-2024.

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices
