La presente Norma si applica alle spine, prese fisse di corrente e connettori per veicoli con attacchi a spina e ad alveoli (definiti accessori), nelle configurazioni standardizzate e destinati alla carica conduttiva dei veicoli elettrici. Tali accessori hanno tensione nominale di esercizio non superiore a 480 V in corrente alternata con frequenza da 50 Hz a 60 Hz, e corrente nominale non superiore a 63 A per gli accessori
trifase o 70 A per gli accessori monofase.
La presente Norma supera completamente la Norma CEI EN 62196-2:2015-02 che rimane applicabile fino al 28-04-2020 e rispetto alla quale costituisce una revisione di carattere tecnico, avendo introdotto, tra le modifiche più significative, un aggiornamento dei Fogli di Normalizzazione per le configurazioni di Tipo 2 e di Tipo 3. Inoltre il Tipo di configurazione 2 è ora disponibile anche con otturatore meccanico opzionale.
La presente Norma viene utilizzata congiuntamente alla Norma CEI EN 62196-1:2015-11.
Questa Norma viene pubblicata dal CEI nella sola lingua inglese in quanto particolarmente mirata a settori specialistici.
La presente Norma recepisce il testo originale inglese della Pubblicazione IEC.
La presente Norma é annullata e sostituita dalla Nuova edizione, CEI EN IEC 62196-2:2023-05 (CEI 23-127), tuttavia rimane applicabile fino al 23-11-2025.

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices

Search also in the summary/description of the standard
