Questa Norma contiene le prescrizioni generali per i componenti del sistema in un sistema bus per il controllo tramite segnali digitali delle apparecchiature elettroniche di illuminazione. Tali apparecchiature dovrebbero rispettare le prescrizioni della IEC 61347, con l'aggiunta delle alimentazioni in corrente continua.
Le modifiche più significative rispetto all'edizione precedente riguardano:
a) la raccolta di tutti i requisiti di temporizzazione del bus definiti nelle Norme CEI EN 62386-101:2010 e CEI EN 62386-102:2010 e la rielaborazione dei requisiti di temporizzazione per agevolare la preparazione di future Norme per i dispositivi di controllo, tenendo conto in particolare dei requisiti per i sistemi multi-master;
b) l'integrazione dei requisiti di temporizzazione multi-master;
c) l'aggiunta dei requisiti sul cablaggio;
d) l'implementazione dei requisiti dell'alimentazione tramite bus;
e) il miglioramento delle sequenze di prova e la descrizione delle sequenze di prova in forma di pseudo codice al posto dei diagrammi di flusso.
La Norma in oggetto sostituisce completamente la Norma CEI EN 62386-101:2010-04, che rimane applicabile fino al 12-12-2017.
Questa Norma viene pubblicata dal CEI nella sola lingua inglese in quanto particolarmente mirata a settori specialistici.
La presente Norma recepisce il testo originale inglese della Pubblicazione IEC.
La presente Norma é annullata e sostituita dalla Nuova edizione, CEI EN IEC 62386-101:2023-05 (CEI 34-131), tuttavia rimane applicabile fino al 21-12-2025.

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices
