La presente Norma EN 61243-3:2014 si applica ai rivelatori bipolari portatili di bassa tensione con i loro accessori (morsetti a coccodrillo e puntali staccabili) da utilizzare in contatto con parti di impianti elettrici in c. a. con tensione non superiore a 1 000 V a frequenze nominali tra 16 2/3 Hz e fino a 500 Hz, e/o per tensione in c.c. non superiore a 1 500 V.
Le estensioni dell'elettrodo di contatto non sono coperte da questa Norma.
I rivelatori di tensione di cui alla presente Norma sono destinati ad essere utilizzati in condizioni umide e secche, sia interne che esterne, ma non sono destinati ad essere utilizzati né in condizioni di pioggia, né destinati ad essere utilizzati per il funzionamento continuo.
I rivelatori di tensione di cui alla presente Norma, inoltre, sono destinati per l'uso fino ad altitudini di
2 000 m sul livello del mare.
I rivelatori di tensione di cui alla presente Norma non sono considerati come dispositivi di misura.
Rispetto alla precedente CEI EN 61243-3:2011-03 che rimane applicabile fino al 13-11-2017, la presente Norma propone prescrizioni e prove per gestire tensioni di disturbo a frequenze industriali e l'Allegato E (informativo) sui rilevatori di tensione e la presenza di tensioni di disturbo.
Questa Norma viene pubblicata dal CEI nella sola lingua inglese in quanto particolarmente mirata a settori specialistici.

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices

Search also in the summary/description of the standard
