La presente Norma riguarda le prestazioni degli asciugabiancheria a tamburo di tipo automatico e non automatico con o senza alimentazione ad acqua fredda e che hanno un dispositivo di riscaldamento incorporato.
Scopo della Norma è quello di definire le caratteristiche delle principali prestazioni (di interesse per gli utilizzatori) delle asciugabiancheria elettriche a tamburo per uso domestico ed inoltre quello di descrivere i metodi standard per misurare tali caratteristiche.
La Norma tratta delle condizioni generali di misura, dei carichi di prova (composizione e preparazione del carico), delle caratteristiche e dell’accuratezza della strumentazione di misura.
Non si applica agli asciugabiancheria che usano gas o altri combustibili per il riscaldamento.
Essa invece può essere applicata agli apparecchi usati in modo collettivo in condomini, lavanderie, ecc., ma non per quelli di uso commerciale.
L’Allegato ZA descrive in dettaglio le procedure di prova a pieno carico e con carico parziale per misurare il consumo di potenza e l’efficienza energetica con riferimento alle regole di etichettatura energetica e di ecodesign.
La Norma in oggetto sostituisce completamente la Norma CEI EN 61121:2007-10, che rimane applicabile fino al 31-12-2015.
La presente Norma riporta il testo in inglese e italiano della EN 61121; rispetto al precedente fascicolo n. 13004E di luglio 2013, essa contiene la traduzione completa della EN sopra indicata.

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices
