La Norma è una specifica di famiglia riguardante i cavi in fibra ottica multifibra per uso interno. Ai cavi coperti dalla presente Norma sono applicabili le prescrizioni della Norma settoriale EN/IEC 60794-2. L'Allegato B contiene una specifica di dettaglio in bianco e gli indirizzi generali nel caso in cui i cavi siano destinati ad essere usati in installazioni per l'ambiente MICE (Mechanical, Ingress, Climatic and Chemical, and Electromagnetic) definito nella ISO/IEC 24702 (Industrial premises). La presente edizione ana e sostituisce la precedente CEI EN 60794-2-20:2011-04 di cui costituisce una revisione tecnica e rimane applicabile fino al 10-12-2016. I principali cambiamenti riguardano la rimozione dell'Allegato C e l'aggiornamento dei riferimenti alle norme più recenti sulle fibre nonché alla nuova serie EN 60794-1-2X. La Norma deve essere utilizzata congiuntamente alle Norme IEC 60794-1-1, IEC 60794-1-2 ed IEC 60794-2 come indicato nel testo della presente Norma cui si rimanda. Questa Norma viene pubblicata dal CEI nella sola lingua inglese in quanto particolarmente mirata a settori specialistici. La presente Norma è annullata e sostituita dalla Nuova Edizione CEI EN IEC 60794-2-20 (86-167), tuttavia rimane applicabile fino al 31/01/2028.

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices

Search also in the summary/description of the standard
