Questa Norma europea è una guida per la scelta, l'installazione, l'uso e la manutenzione delle apparecchiature per il rilevamento di monossido di carbonio in ambiente domestico, in caravan, camper e su natanti.
Si tratta di apparecchi con istallazione fissa e destinati ad un funzionamento continuativo.
La Norma riguarda due tipi di apparecchi:
a) apparecchi che producono un segnale di allarme visivo ed acustico e che inoltre attivano un intervento (attivazione di ventilatori o di altri dispositivi ausiliari);
b) apparecchi di sola segnalazione (visiva/acustica).
La Norma comprende due Allegati informativi:
- Allegato A "Effetti sulla salute umana del monossido di carbonio";
- Allegato B "Regolazione dei livelli di allarme".
La Norma non riguarda la rilevazione di gas combustibili e le installazioni industriali o commerciali.
Essa sostituisce la CEI EN 50292:2002-04 che rimane applicabile fino al 15-07-2016. la presente Norma è annullata e sostituita dalla Nuova Edizione CEI EN 50292:2023-10 tuttavia applicabile fino al 20-03-2026

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices

Search also in the summary/description of the standard
