La presente Norma definisce i metodi per la misura e la relativa documentazione del consumo di energia per un insieme di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche di tipo domestico o per ufficio (230 V in c.a. monofase, e 400 V per apparecchi trifase).
La norma riguarda la misurazione di potenze elettriche dell’ordine di pochi Watt o decimi di Watt, per prodotti monofase (ed anche trifase) collegati alla rete.
La Norma serve anche per determinare l’efficienza energetica dei prodotti.
I valori di energia consumati dipendono dallo stato operativo in cui si trova il prodotto in esame: spento (off mode), in attesa (stand by) o attivo.
Questa Norma serve di supporto per il Regolamento 1275/2008 della CE per la misura del consumo di energia in stato di spento o di attesa.
Le modalità di funzionamento a bassa energia oltre lo stato di attesa, vengono definite come prestazioni specifiche di ogni determinato apparecchio e quindi nella sua specifica Norma.
L’Allegato B descrive le particolarità e le caratteristiche inerenti la misura di valori molto bassi di potenza.
L’Allegato C tratta della conversione dei valori di potenza in energia.
L’Allegato D si occupa dell’incertezza di misura.

Questa Norma sostituisce completamente la Norma CEI EN 62301:2006-11 che rimane applicabile fino al 03-03-2014.
La presente Norma riporta il testo in inglese e italiano della EN 50564; rispetto al precedente fascicolo n. 11763E di febbraio 2012, essa contiene la traduzione completa della EN sopra indicata.

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices
