La presente Norma si occupa della sicurezza elettrica degli apparecchi a motore elettrici mobili per la pulizia a polverizzazione ed aspirazione di liquidi con o senza collegamenti e con o senza elementi riscaldanti elettrici. Questi apparecchi sono destinati ad essere usati internamente in ambienti industriali e per collettività.
La Norma si applica agli apparecchi in cui la pressione del detergente usato non supera 2,5 MPa ed in cui il prodotto della pressione (MPa) e della portata del detergente (litri) non supera 100, e nei quali la temperatura del detergente all’uscita dell’ugello non supera 85°C.
Usi collettivi sono quelli relativi ad alberghi, scuole, ospedali, uffici, fabbriche, centri commerciali, ecc.
Questi apparecchi sono motorizzati con i seguenti sistemi: motori alimentati dalla rete elettrica a 250V (monofase) o 480V, alimentazione a batterie.
Questa Norma deve essere usata congiuntamente alla CEI EN 60335-1:2008-07.
La Norma in oggetto sostituisce completamente la Norma CEI EN 60335-2-68:2007-06.
La presente Norma riporta il testo in inglese e italiano della EN 60335-2-68; rispetto al precedente fascicolo n. 10545E di luglio 2010, essa contiene la traduzione completa della EN sopra indicata.
La presente Norma é annullata e sostituita dalla Nuova edizione, CEI EN 60335-2-68:2013-02 (CEI 61-214), tuttavia rimane applicabile fino al 3-05-2015.

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.
