Questa Parte 18 della serie di Norme EN/IEC 60079 riguarda le prescrizioni relative alla costruzione, prova e marcatura degli apparecchi elettrici o parti di apparecchiature e componenti Ex che utilizzano il modo di protezione ad incapsulamento "m" la cui tensione nominale non supera gli 11 kV.
Le applicazioni relative ad apparecchi che possono contenere gas esplosivi e polveri infiammabili, possono richiedere misure di protezione addizionali.
La Norma in oggetto sostituisce completamente le Norme CEI EN 60079-18:2008-01 e CEI EN 61241-18:2007-09, che rimangono applicabili fino al 01-10-2012.

La presente Norma riporta il testo in inglese e italiano della EN 60079-18; rispetto al precedente fascicolo n. 10635E di agosto 2010, essa contiene la traduzione completa della EN sopra indicata.
La presente Norma é annullata e sostituita dalla Nuova edizione, CEI EN 60079-18:2016-04 (CEI 31-77), tuttavia rimane applicabile fino al 16-01-2018.

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices

Search also in the summary/description of the standard
