La Norma specifica il formato dei files per descrivere le configurazioni e i parametri relativi alle comunicazioni associate ai Dispositivi Elettronici Intelligenti (IED), le configurazioni dei sistemi di comunicazione, le strutture di commutazione e le relazioni tra di essi. Lo scopo principale di questo formato è la descrizione delle capacità di scambio tra IED nonché la descrizione di sistema tra strumenti di ingegnerizzazione degli IED e strumenti di ingegnerizzazione di sistema di costruttori diversi, in un modo compatibile.
I principali cambiamenti rispetto alla precedente edizione riguardano l'aggiunta di estensioni funzionali, sia basate su altre parti della serie EN/IEC 61850 (specialmente EN/IEC 61850-7-2 e EN/IEC 61850-7-3) sia riguardanti il processo di ingegnerizzazione (specialmente per lo scambio di dati di configurazione tra strumenti di configurazione di sistema), nonché alcune correzioni e chiarimenti.
La presente Norma sostituisce la CEI EN 61850-6:2006-03 che rimane applicabile fino al 01-02-2013.
Questa Norma viene pubblicata dal CEI nella sola lingua inglese in quanto particolarmente mirata a settori specialistici.

ICS

International Classification for Standards (ICS) is an international classification system for technical standards.

The ICS is a hierarchical classification organized on three levels.

Level 1 covers the main fields of activity in standardization, e.g. road vehicle engineering, agriculture, metallurgy.

Each field has a two-digit notation, e.g.

  43    Road Vehicle Engineering

The main fields are subdivided into groups (level 2). The notation of a group consists of the field notation and a three-digit group number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040    Road vehicle systems

Some groups are further divided into sub-groups (level 3). The notation of a sub-group consists of the group notation and a two-digit number, separated by a point, e.g.

  43.040.20 Lighting, signaling and warning devices

You can identify the ICS code of your interest by typing the code or a keywordword in the dropdown ICS field, and by selecting one of the filtered results.

Search also in the summary/description of the standard
